Even driver/seat changes need to be practised.
The #3 driver for the team was bigger than either of the other two, so the seat was rebuilt for him.
Then the other two drivers have "ass adapters" to fit them into the seat and position them properly for racing.
It made the changeover process different form the rest of the season where the #1 and #2 drivers were already accustomed to the changes.
So do it again and again until it's right.
