Nice shots, great composition. Maybe you could have increase shutter speed juust a bit to stop the ball action but nevetherless I like them.
Is it possible you may share your settings ?

Sure the first photo, I was using an AFS 80-200 with a 1.4 teleconverter. I was in shutter Priority and had the shutter speed at 1/200 apeture at f4. The ISO was set at 800. "Why do you ask?" Because Bonds was in the on deck circle right in front of me and I was taking pictures of him when the play took place and i didn't need a high shutter speed when I was just shooting him. The 2nd photo was 1/400 f4.8 800. The 3rd was 1/250 f5 iso 800. That was my mistake. I needed to boost the ISO to 1600 and shoot at a faster (shutter) speed. The 4th was1/400 f5 ISO 800 and could have used a faster shutter speed as well. What I try to do is shoot at an ISO of 800, 1600 introduces alot more noise that requires more work to eliminate. But I need to get over that and shoot 1600 at night games. I don't like to bring my 300 f2.8 to the games because it's a pain to carry and I'm too close to homeplate. But for the rest of the infield it's the lens I need. I try to get around this by using the 1.4x but I lose a stop and a little something off the images. When Barry is up at the plate I boost the ISO to 1600 and the shutter speed to 1/500 f4. Day games are so much easier to shoot because of the flexibility you have with ISO's and shutter speeds. In a day game against Boston I was shooting 1/1250 with an ISO of 160.
