    Girls Soccer

    This was the CCS girls final victory for the Panthers.

    Beautiful work on all these. I particularly like the action in #3. Great timing on all your shots.

    The action, color and contrast are all a nice set of images. Number two is a tad soft but overall a nice set of snaps.

    Thanks , what do you think causes the "softness" on the second pic. I have run into this issue before and not sure how to resolve. Any advice?.

    The whites HS is on the Peninsula ( Burlingame) and I believe that Presentation is a San Jose team. Thanks

    A soft snap happens to all of us at one time or another. If we got all of them 100% sharp then it would be easy and everyone would be doing it. What it may be is the auto focus tracking was interupted as I find this sometimes happens if I lock on the player too early and try and keep holding it, especially if a player is coming at or away from you. When I focus on a moving player I try and keep re-focusing on them every couple of seconds so the AI Servo keeps locked on them and tracks on them as they move about.
