Which wireless remote for A700?

Hi. I have the Sony Alpha a700 and would like a remote. I'm torn between these two

and would like to know your experiences with these remotes/brands. They appear to offer more functions than the Sony Remote Commander Replacement (which is only $30), which has a lot of extra buttons that I'll never use (oriented to using with a TV).

Thanks OC. You may have answered on a forum I just haven't seen yet. I posted in multiple forums to try to get a wide variety of answers.

Does the Opteka support the 2 second delay (for family portraits with me - I don't want the remote in the picture)?
