Recommendation for small snapshot/short video camera?

I'm looking to replace my Konica Minolta Dimage X20. It was a good small (emphasis on small)
camera for snapshots and short videos WITH sound. I thought I had a replacement in a K-M X50,
but it has no sound with the videos and no "audio" hints as to when it turns on/off. I want something
that will respond quickly for candids, have a DSLR for the more serious shooting. Thanks, VickiC

Check out the Panasonic TZ5. I'm looking at getting one to compliment my DSLR.
