    Problem with Sony Cybershot

I have a Sony Cybershot 3.2 megapixel that is driving me crazy. Every time I take a photo of something indoors with the flash, it leaves a very hard shadow around the object. Heres an example. See the shadow? what can I do? The manual hasn't been any help. Thanks!

    Re: Problem with Sony Cybershot

thats what flashes like that do. You can create a softscreen on your camera, or use a slave flash adn bounce it instead. unfortunately dead-on flashes that are included on digicams are pretty much gaurunteed to leave that harsh shadow.
