Can anyone recommend a reliable camera repair for my Minolta SRT 101. I don't know if it's the lense or the camera, but I lent it to my daughter and it didn't work when it came back :-(

You can probably find a local shop that could at least help you diagnose the problem. Figure out where the pros go. Or, if you want to describe in more detail what is happening, we might be able to help you figure out if it's the camera or the lens. Or, you could send it off to a place like www.keh.com, if you can find nothing locally.

After you figure out if it's the lens or the camera, you might want to investigate how much used models are selling for. There's a good chance it would be cheaper to replace than to repair, depending on what's wrong. Check KEH for prices and compare to what they're selling for on that big auction site.

Thanks very much. I've heard of KEH and saw they had a repair facility. It seems they have a good rep.
