Sony Withdraws

Sony have withdrawn from the market here in South Africa - in many respects - but most critically from the DSLR market.
I moved to Sony to accommodate Minolta lenses accumulated in the film era and have since been using an A900 and A700 with a host of newer Sony and Sony compatible sigma lenses. Very disappointing!!!!!
The lack of good long Sony lenses prompted me to move to Nikon for wildlife and bird shots but looks like will have to invest in Nikkor lenses going forward.
Such a pity because Sony seems to be the most innovative in the manufacturer line up presently.
