Hi,

I took my DSC T100 in for repair and got quoted AU$450 to have the lens replaced. I have found a 2nd hand lens but does anyone know how hard to would be to replace it myself? If its too hard I will have to pay AU$140 to get it fitted but I thought if its just a matter of diconnecting the ribbons and popping the new one in I will do it myself.

I got my T100 from Hong Kong so will the lens definately work in my T100 from Hong Kong (the 2nd hand lens is from the UK)?
