    Help Needed: Sony a200

This may be an stupid question but I'm fairly new to this: my photos won't upload at 300 dpi. The resolution is always 72dpi which is not good for print. Is there a way to change this? I have the quality set at "fine". Am I missing something? Thanks!

Well, 72 dpi is default for the shot JPEGS, you can change it in photoshop quite simply. Alt+Ctrl+I, then set the size. If you shoot raw, then their is no real 'default' dpi, but you can set the dpi through the workflow of each image.

What are you printing on anyways? I print on a Canon chromalife system, and have the best results printing directly from Photoshop, at the highest possible dpi for the print size, and using the CMYK colorspace.
