DSC-H7 - Need Macro Lens Recommendations

So we just got a Sony DSC-H7 for our technical communications group, and it looks like we will probably want to invest in (at least) 20X macro lens. But we need recommendations... I am having a hard time finding macro lenses for non-SLR digital cameras. Hope you guys can help - we really appreciate it!!

What are you planning to photograph? I found a "Telephoto Lens VCL-DH1774" for the H7 listed on the Sony site. It's a 1.7x telephoto adapter. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 20x macro. That's why I asked what you want to take pictures of. It may be that you'll end up needing to use stacked close-up filters.

I'm wondering if you might be better off buying a digital SLR. If you're going to be doing demanding close-up work, the H7 might be too limited.

We are taking photos of tiny mechanical parts... some are metal, some are are plastic. We were using a screw-on macro lens set with our old camera that attached to the outside of the camera. But we're sure there must be something better to attach to our new H7... I don't really understand how to read the lens specs to know how to understand what it is we are looking for.
