Hello,

I have a Sony DCR-HC96 Camcorder, and the cassette mechanism has jammed. I can open the cover, whence the motors whirr, but the cassette encasement won't eject.

I tried taking it apart to see what the problem is. I removed all visible screws on the camcorder, but couldn't get in.

I wondered if anyone has had a similar issue, or has actually managed to take a similar camcorder apart?
