upload failed

I couldn't upload images, the site went slower and slower.
The images were not attached to the post

I refreshed my IP address lease with the ISP, reset the router, cleared the stats (there were no errors in 40MB of traffic) and closed and restarted FireFox.

Then I got this error on navigating to http://forums.photographyreview.com/ :

There seems to have been a problem with the database.
Please try again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

I expect my gallery may contain multiple copies of what I tried to upload

Everything is working fine for me and your gallery looks fine. I don't see any duplicates. There probably was a temporary problem, although I wasn't aware of one. I apologize. Let me know if you have any more problems.
