    It seems to be e vBulletin error, I guess we're hitting the server hard

    It doesn't necessarily relate to just pr.com it has to do with the other sites that are in the consumerrievew.com world. I asked this along time ago, and if the other sites have a lot of users online, it impacts on this site as well. Not good for us, but a fact of life for us. I would have thought that they would host the sites on different servers at least but I don't think this is the case.

    Not a vBulletin error as such, just an informative error.

    Thanks Peter - this makes a lot of sense.

    BTW, the good news is that it would come back up within just a few minutes. A while back when we had that problem, you couldn't get on for a long time. ;)

    Heaviest hits are usually from MTBR.

    Right now Mountain Biking Review has over 3500 people online. My guess is that's the culprit and not much we can do about it. The event John went to over the weekend, Sea Otter most likely peaked the interest of a lot of people. I bet that's why there is an overload.
