Search function...

I tried doing a search for "Kelby" and "Scott Kelby" tonight and came up with nothing. I know there have been posts with this name in them in the past, but nothing comes up when I do a search. With the old setup, it let us choose to search in the forums, but not with the new format on the site. (at least not that I'm aware of)

Is there any special tricks to searching for key words in the forums?

See the line with MyAccount FAQ Members List Calendar New Posts SEARCH Quick Links Log Out just above Thread Tools.

Use that SEARCH to search the Forums and it has an Advanced Search as well.

Glad Peter pointed you to the forums search. The forums and the galleries have great built-in search. But the search for the rest of the site is pretty weak right now. I think the developers are working on something. That's one of the main features that needs improvement here.

The thing is John, the big Stand out SEARCH distracts away from the forum search that isn't as obvious, where the other one is sort of in your face a bit.

I would have thought that having one SEARCH would be enough and less confusing.
