Do you want to have JerryL as your username? I can remove the other two accounts and then change your name back to JerryL. I'm not sure why the passwords wouldn't respond. That's a weird problem. Did you try to retrieve your password?

And the blank page isn't something I've seen or heard about. What operating system are you using? Maybe it's an OS issue.

My IBM-type computer is running Windows ME (2000) -- if that helps any....
