I'm very, very happy the gallery is back to normal. It was very painful for me to have it down - especially for so long. I'm writing a short article / announcement right now to help spread the word that everything is back to normal. I think we should try to turn this into an opportunity to make the gallery community even stronger and get more people participating and sharing photos.

For anyone who's reading this that hasn't used our gallery, or hasn't used it in a while, please check it out! Post some photos and leave some comments on photos you like!

Thanks a lot to everyone who reported problems. And thanks a lot for hanging in there while we got everything fixed. I know it took a long, long time and I want to personally apologize. Hopefully, all's well that ends well

Actually, I'm still seeing one problem: the Weekly Featured Photo on the gallery's home page is still an old image by Lightcatcher.
But otherwise, it's looking good again!

Technically, that's not actually a gallery software problem, Pam. That's the image that was restored when the gallery was fixed. And I'm working on a new set of Featured Photos right now...

I'm trying to post a gallery and I upload them but after I click submit nothing gets posted. However, it did show that I went from 0 zero kb of data to 1kb of data the first time I tried and then when I did it again it did the same thing, no gallery created but an update to the amount of data uploaded went from 1kb to 7kb this time.
