If you use the quote button in the editor (the yellow cartoon text bubble on the right) then you can copy and paste anything you like in it.

I find it extremely useful

I find the quoting style wastes screen real estate. But I grew up on text services without all this graphic frippery.

No, like Paul did. But I cant figure out the way he did it. I want the little button that goes on the bottom right hand corner near the "quote" button. Its a different button though that allows you to quote multiple people at one time.

The way I did it was simple.
Press the yellow balloon button above the text box.
That inserts the quote tags [ QUOTE ] [ / QUOTE ]

Now you can scroll up to any piece of text, highlight, copy it.
Click in between the ] and [
Then press CTRL+V (in windows) and it pastes the text between the quotes.


Or do it the other way round.
Copy and paste the text into the editing window.
Highlight it and press the yellow balloon button.

It automagically puts the quote tags around what you pasted as long as it is highlighted when you click on the button.
