Only a moderator can delete it.
I would edit it and delete what ever is in it and just ask that it be deleted.

I made a second mistake ,I should have said I up loaded the same picture twice in the nature gallery (not the forum) by mistake and how do I delete the extra,s? Thanks for the reply sounds like I wont be able to delete it and a moderator will have to. They can delete them any time and I will try to be more carefull .
