Lost photo's uploading to my gallery

I was uploading some pictures to my gallery and do not see them. I had selected additional categorized galleries along with my gallery. My gallery stats show a total of 44 uploaded but there are only 21 in my gallery. What'd I do wrong?

I have been getting sporadic reports of problems when people try to upload to multiple categories. I will have to report this to my engineering team as I don't have an answer for you. I can tell you that the gallery counts each instance of a photo as a separate image. In other words, if you post a photo to three galleries, it will be counted as 3 photos. Not really accurate from the photographer's point-of-view. But that's how it works.

Ok thanks John,
I have another question,it seems I have to keep logging in, does it matter if I sit idle while logged to the site? It's happening at my home computer and here at work. Is there something I'm missing.

p.s forgot to ask, should I just try and reload those missing photo's

When you log in, make sure the "Remember Me" check box to the right of the login is checked. If that doesn't work, make sure you have cookies enabled. If the cookie gets deleted when you leave the site, there's no way for the site to know who you are or if you were logged-in before.

Please try uploading the photos again. I don't know how soon we'll get to check out the problem with the categories. It's now officially on the list of things to do. But it's not at the top.
