Invalid Journal specified when creating new blog on photo review

I tried to create a new blog on this site and was presented with the following message. Does anyone know what it means?

Invalid Journal specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

We were getting way too much spam in the member blog section so I changed the settings so new blogs have to be approved. Let me take a look and see if that's the problem.

Check it now. I approved it and I can see it. You're the first person since I made the change to report a problem. There were a ton of new blogs but it really does look like you're the first legit new blog. Thanks for reporting the problem
