Can't sign in?

I can't seem to log on without clicking remember me and my PM's are messing up and I can't delete them. Is it me or the site?

Just gave both things a try. After logging in, without clicking remember me, when the page refreshed it showed as not being logged in. However, once I click a forum link to take me elsewhere in the forum, it showed me logged in afterward. I had no problems deleting pm's. I have noticed a few other things lately which I posted in another thread. Another issue I just noticed is when posting a quick reply, my reply does not show up right away. The page will refresh after posting but it won't show. I have refresh the page once again for it to show.

I have a friend that has tried to join. She did the name and password thing and replied to the registration letter. However, whenever she signs in she keeps getting that she is a guest.....Any ideas what to tell her?

Does she have her computer set not to accept cookies? Other than that, I'm not sure

Probably something like PamV or PamV45.
Says the problem occurs when trying to use her aol account.
I'll email her to find out for sure.

I've been having the same troubles. Finally had to re-register as a new user. Still, sometimes when I log in, my user name shows up at the bottom with 'current members online', yet the top box shows me as a 'guest'. I also find that sometimes when I go to post a reply I get sent back to the registration screen. This never happened up until about 6 months ago. It got so bad, I just stopped coming here. I have a new user name, password, and activation i.d. Does the activation # have anything to do with it???

In addition, it doesn't seem to happen all the time. I tried to post a critique this morning and got sent back to the registration page. Now, this afternoon, I'm able to post this......very confusing......and frustrating.
