    Back button to advertisement...

When I am finished looking at a post, I just hit the browser 'back button' to go back to the New Post list to pick the next one. For the last few days, it takes two steps. The first one looks for an ad:

    http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/networ...ew/...(various car makes)

I have to hit 'back' again to get back to where I want to go. I use two windows and switch back and forth and it gets a little frustrating when it does not go back. Only inconvenient for now, but it does take twice as long to navigate to/from posts.

WinXP w SP2, IE 8 (the timing may have been with the installation of IE8???).

I use the same method of browsing but haven't had that happen to me.

I use Firefox and Open In New Tab for each message.
That way there is no back button needed.

Same in IE7, Open in New Tab is the solution.
Completely bypasses the need to go back.

Where is 'Open as new tab' set in IE. I can't find it. Or is it set in PR? - TF

Right-click on a link, just like you do in Firefox.
Second option in the context menu in both programs.

I'd get confused with all those open tabs. Of course, I get confused with only one open tab
