Any way to view all reviews you've posted?

I am going to try to get up a few more reviews for products, but I can never remember what stuff I've reviewed, and what I haven't. It sucks to start writing a good long review, then when you submit it the site says you've already posted one.

It'd be nice to be able to see either on the review listing or somewhere a note letting you know you've posted a review for this item already

You'll find links to all of your reviews, forum posts, gallery photos, and more on your profile page.

I like the idea of having some kind of note on the review page that indicates if you've posted a review for that item. That's a good idea.
