    Q-Tip

I've been interested in getting back into more nature photography, particularly macros, and recently re-purchased a Tamron 90mm macro lens I sold a while back. I have a Nikon 200mm and 60mm, but the Tamron with a 1.4x Tamron SP teleconverter has worked well for me in the past.

This baby anole was about the size of a Q-Tip swab in real life.

Your comments and critique are welcome.

Nice shot, you got the eye and face in good sharpness. What f stop did you use? I find if you're this close you should really use f22 if you can get away with it, as most everything besides the focal point is blurry otherwise. This one has an acceptable amt of sharpness, but I think if it could have more it would have been even better.

ps - I have that Tamron lens too. It's very nice, though mine is MF.

Mark, he did use F22 for this shot. I use Firefox and can right click on the photo and get the EXIF data. If you have it give it a try. Jeff
