    More Utah Cyclocross

Here are some more photos from last week's Salt Lake City cyclocross race. I wanted to share these before they get buried and forgotten. Plus, I'm going to shoot cyclocross racing again tomorrow and I wanted to stoke the fires a bit. A huge storm is rolling into Utah overnight and hopefully that means mud! Cyclocross just isn't complete without gooey, messy, gritty mud. Psyched

These were all shot with the Olympus E-5 DSLR I had for testing. I had to send it back this week but I am working on a complete review. The image quality is definitely improved over previous Olympus digital SLRs and the auto focus performed much better than I expected. I am impressed. It still wouldn't be my first choice for a sports camera. But it can definitely handle action photography. No need to have any doubts about that anymore.

For more info on the Olympus E-5, you can see my preview video and article here: http://reviews.photographyreview.com...p-digital-slr/

    Stay tuned for mud!!!!!

the Funny part I find about just about any cyclocross photo's is no one ever shows them actually riding there bikes.
Feel free to edit my Pics to show me how to make them Better.

i dont know anything about the sport, but the compositions look pretty good to me. except the last one. i guess it's the mixed lighting and i just cant read anything into it.

I like the first one a lot. The motion blur is great.
