    . . . a bird in the hand !

    This is not a Gieco add !!
    A young Nuthatch flew into the front window today and fortunately he/she survived without any serious injuries.
    I managed to get a few pics, after the revival before it flew away.
    Sure is nice to have a subject just sit a while and pose for you ! :thumbsup:

    I'm glad the bird survied, we've had a few birds hit our window and most survied but one beautiful hummingbird didn't.

    Closing the drapes has reduced the number of bird strikes substantialy, but you still get the odd one confused by the reflection of sky in the window.
    Fortunately I heard this little one glance off the window, and was able to revive it ! :thumbsup:
