do i change pentax for nikon ??

at the moment im using pentax K10D with DA 18 55mm lens and DA 55 300mm lens,
i do a lots of sports photography motorsport so im looking do i change to a nikon D300s and getting a sigma 150 500mm f5 6.3 DG OS HSM lens would this be a good change or do i just buy the same sigma lens for my pentax

From what I understand the K10D is a fine camera and crucially has built in image stabilisation that the Nikon does not have,I would stick with what you already have
