    Bird Fight

    Was out taking photos today and was watching an Osprey flying around hunting for fish. Along came a heron, and the Osprey took offense at that and started attacking it. Not sure if it was defending its nest (not far away) or its fishing ground but the talons were out!
    Was at some distance so this is the best I could get.

    No it kept chasing it for a while then the heron flew off over the marsh. Didn't think it would take on a heron.

    Nice capture! Osprey can be very aggressive. Just ask anyone who has tried to band their young!
