    A little soccer

I had a chance to get out and shoot some soccer on Friday. I was supposed to be shooting my Godson's game, but due to some bad info, I missed most of his game. I went ahead and stuck around anyway. Let me know what you think. I'm particularly interested if they look too dark or not. I did these on my laptop, but on my desktop they look darker. I'm not sure which one is right. They used to match, but something has changed with one of them. I'm also a bit concerned with my Sigma 120-300. I had far more than normal OOF shots than I usually get with my Canon 70-200. I had used the focus adjustment on the MKIII, but after this I set this lens back to 0. I've heard that it's not necessarily a good thing to use on a zoom lens anyway. None of my Canon lenses even needed it. I'll have to try it again when I have a chance to see if that improves things.

The exposure does not look too dark on my laptop. Maybe you unknowingly changed the backlight brightness on one of your screens?

Nice shots. The 2nd to last is great. The expression on the player's face, combined with where his hand is...

last picture of the goalie jumping is the best, imho. Just enough motion in the ball and his jersey to convey his effort.

Nice shots! I really like the last one. I think you had nice timing on it. He sure had to get some air under those feet to get to that ball.
