Interesting scene, but a lot of distractions in the back. I keep looking at that hot model poster than the women (damn!)

I like the photo. Maybe crop up from the bottom to just below the purse. I would also crop the left side over to the left hand side of the red pants in the window. Probably looking at it different from you but it looks a little busy without the crop, Jeff

I don't think busy is a bad thing.
Particularly in street shots.
I had to shoot this at f/2.8 and use the zoom to put any blur at all in the background, the G9 has such a short focal length.
If I crop to the pants, I lose the words Basque and thong - and the pant themselves don't have that same (non-)relationship to the subjects.
I wanted that zig-zag into the lower right corner. The downside of that is a lot of empty space in the lower left. Which to me helps the balance with the busy background.
If I lose that, then I want to take just a little off the top. Lose the surveillance monitor on the right but keep the eyes on the poster, I think they're important.
I don't know about the butterfly boots ... definitely a story there
Paul, I used the wrong word when I said busy. What I was really trying to eliminate is the big #10 and #3 in the window because it just draws my attention straight to them. The model and the rest is fine but the two numbers just jump out at me and grab my attention. The words and the model are fine but those numbers just have my eyesight locked over in that end of the photo. As far as the crop from the bottom I was just trying to eliminate thwhite area with nothing in it, Jeff
