    Very nice – the lighting is awesome and that black background really makes this shot.

    Other than 1 or 2 white "washed-out" areas, great job! :thumbsup:

    Barry,

    Really like the way the flower highlights against the black background. But at the same time, it isn't quite natural and I'm unsure how that plays out overall. I like the contrast but also wonder if the flower is just a little too bright? (probably depends on the monitor). My only real complaint though is how the leaves at the bottom are chopped off: somehow, I think I would like it better if they were there and part of the image.

    Btw, this image shows the power of putting almost any color against a black background ..

    I love the view from the back of the sunflower. You almost always see them shot from the front. Very nice.
