    Definitely Dahlia

My favorite flower finally started blooming in our backyard. I did a whole series on the dahlia & wanted to share one here for critiques.

Full frame and minimal editing. Mostly removing dust specs from the sensor.

    It's not blurry. It's bokeh.

    Thank you both!

Gary, I have some of them on my blog, soon to be on my website....

I could post them in viewfinder or in personal gallery....

Which way would you like to see them?

If you didn't mind, start a thread in the ViewFinder about your series of Dhalia. Would love to see and let everyone else see as well. Not everyone treads over here on the "dark side"

The only thing I can see that needs to be done is to have it made into a large size print and sent to me! GREAT PHOTO, Jeff

    Re: Definitely Dahlia

Incredible sharpness here. THe colors are good and the composition is perfect. My only complaint is how white the tips of the near bottom pedals are, which seem blown out (though they aren't). Perhaps you can darken them a bit?
