123 digital learning

I was going to post this in the software section but thought it didn't really fit. Anyway when i bought my nikon d40 a program came with it called 123 digital learning suite by Vincent Bockaert. Just wondering if anyone here has gone through it all. I have started but am having trouble getting through it. Is it worth it to keep going it or are there better ways to learn.

Regarding the above program, I have no personal experience, but maybe these will help - sort of reviews combined with some tips and info. One person said that he was overwhelmed with info when he began because he started by clicking around topics he was interested in. He then went back to read the chapters/info for beginners and now he really likes it - and can navigate through it without a problem.
