Theres something we don't get much of here. I'd say #2 is the best timing wise. Nice color as well on all three

we don't get much of these events over here either, was 2 years since NJ got an UFC fight. Las Vegas is the place for this kind of event.
It was my very first time in MMA, actually, the first time I took pictures of fights.

nice shots, a great angle for this type of fight. what were these shot with, and what's the exif. most the arenas i know of are pretty dark, but whatever you were shooting with handled it very well.

I used a Nikon D80 + 400mm f/2.8 .. I wish I had a faster camera but D300 didn't come out yet

in these shots I was still trying to figure out what to do, since it was the first time there...
but all the way with ISO1600.
Then I figured out that 1/400 would stop the action and give me enough light, so I kept that until the end...

Nice captures. A few years ago, both my wife and I got really sick over a weekend and ended up doing nothing but laying in bed and watching a marathon of "The Ultimate Fighter" show on Spike TV. I've been a fan ever since. Thank goodness for food poisoning!

Wonderful addition to the Sports Forum here at PR. So many of us shoot he same type sports that it's nice to get some quality image form other sports. Great job.
