    Dusk football

It's still light here in NJ until almost 8:00 pm. With the game starting at 6 and a partly sunny day, I was able to get a few good photos.]

I did lose about 400 photos that were just out of focus, a bit too blurry or not sharp enough for my taste. I had to photoshop a few to add brightness. Here are my favorite 5:

I really wish I could get the lighting better.

I love 93 and 19, not b/c of the action, but b/c of the facial expressions of the other players.

I also put together a little Video-blog of the game-scrimmage. I ditched the camera near the endzone for video.

OFF TO SHOOT ANOTHER: It's 2:00 and VERY CLOUDY! Should be fun. There is also on e at 7 pm tonight, but I doubt I will even try.

Your starting to get the hang of it there VinnyC01. If using PhotoDhop elements or PS you can sharpen some soft photos with Unsharp mask.

Looks like your timing is right on. Some nice action shots here. You have great light on these you should be able to pump them up a bit in PS and get just what your looking for. Check and adjust your levels first and if need be pop in a little contrast or saturation (you may want to dodge a little on a face under a helmet) and then hit your unsharp mask and you got it. Be sure and do your unsharp mask after you resize.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
