Volleyball in a dungeon and editing

Just for here I did some playing around the other night at a game. I took some shots with AWB knowing full well the color will be off and that what I wanted to do was do an edit step by step for the newer users here that will help them. Since it's for newer users I am using Photoshop Elements 4.0 which is more affordable for newer users than PhotoShop is.

This shot was taken using AWB (auto White Balance), Canon 1D MKII N and Canon 70-200 f2.8 IS USM, shutter speed 1/200, f2.8 and ISO 1600

1: The first photo is the shot out of the camera, no adjustments other than resizing
2: Under ENHANCE: adjusting the lighting, first I will use Auto Levels to adjust the levels, then, scroll down to Adjust Lighting - Shadows and Highlights
3: to adjust the color I use Ajust Color for Skin Tone under ENHANCE-ADJUST COLOR, then use hue and saturation as needed (although I normally don't need to due to the way the papers color system works it's normally right on after adjusting for skin tone)
4: Under FILTERS add UNSHARP Mask run unsharpmask to sharpen up the image.

Keep in mind this was setup by the paper for their system and how they want it done, although for prints done at WalMart come out very well using this setup.
