I know those two IRL spotters there. The one (on the left) used to be in turn 4. We talked almost every day, great group of people working that job.
Two of the Safety 1 crew including the driver are from our county and I have known the one for 5 years due to his son being one of the top wrestlers in high school.

I missed the ballons this year as you can't see them from pit road.
