Israeli bird on top of Mount Masada

I took these on top of the mountain palace. Perhaps someone could identify this bird for me, because I forgot what it is called. It's supposed to be common in the Israeli desert. I also included a shot of the view from the mountain. These are uncropped photos, I just fixed color.
