Some recent middle school track

Been shooting our local middle school's track meets for the school district. Here are a few shots from their league track meet. I'll be shooting the all city finals this Saturday. Comments are always appreciated.

nice action and lighting in all of these, looks like a great day to shoot! gotta love that overcast sky! Nice and sharp, and good positioning on all the shots. i think with an s-curve, these could really pop. they look good as it is, but look very much like they came straight out of a dull day. Mind if I show an edit I would do? Also, have you tried shooting a bit wider for the long jump and including the pit?

The long jumps were shot wider including the pit but to post here I did a tighter crop. I could have croped longer to include the pit. Thanks for the suggestion. Also I never mind if you or anyone else plays or edits these shots.
