The anatomy of a long jump...

Went to one of my high school's track meets here on campus, but unfortunately they only had 3 running because no one else qualified... so i spent some of the time photographing other things and trying out different techniques. I love shooting the long jump because of the different forms that go along with it. here are a few. if they look different in editing its because i used PS with some, then lightroom and ps with others... This place absolutely redefines dungeon.

the last attached one is a little taste of ambient. thats ISO 3200, AWB. Yes, it's out of focus, my settings were wrong. Like that red light? Like I said, dungeon.

Nice work in the horrible lighting conditions. The light looks a little harsh and in your face, but you did really well with the conditions. Who says 4mp isn't enough?
