    Saratoga - Traver's Week

Well it was a great week at Saratoga, altough the weather didn't always cooperate. A couple are not as clear as I would like, paticularly Bernardini - black clouds overhead, plus bad positioning on my part. But other are quite clear.

    The pictures are:
    The Traver's Stake - Bernardini
The Kings Bishop - The spectacular Henny Hughs
August 25th, 3rd race - The classy Discreet Cat

Beautiful photographs. I really like the definition that you captured in Henny Hughs. Nothing like hearing thoroughbreds thunder down the stretch. Thanks for sharing these with us.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Nice pictures. Good job catching the action. Are you a canon or nikon user?

Did you get into the winners circle? I couldn't =\. Maybe you were there wednesday and you saw me peeking over the side trying to get a few pictures

By the way this is Tom_Proctor at another house :P

You're right ... What's wrong with people like us? I keep you in mind when posting since there seems very few into horseracing.

Glad you liked them Old Timer, especially Henny's ... I just love him, followed him since his 2y start

Hey Tom - glad you enjoy them. I use Canon ED20 w/ 70-200mm lens. I was there on Wednesday from the 6th race on (didn't like the card).

I don't get into the winner's circle, but I try to get position near it (usually on the steps on camera tower). I'm sure I saw you, you couldn't miss me - my hair is as red as a chestnut's
