    JV Football Scrimmage

    Some photos from a JV Scrimmage using the new 70-200 f4 L. Boy its great to be able to take football with something besides stadium lights.

    I agree I wish I had more opportunities to shot football in the daylight or even the twilight. Looks like you had a good time at the scrimmage. When you have good light like that it's a great time to concentrate on getting those good tight shots like #2 where you can get those really nice facial expressions. At night they all to often get lost in the shadows. Nice job.

    Nice shots. Seeing all these football shots is getting me excited. My son has his first pre-season game this Thursday at 3pm. I'm still working out the detail to be on the sideline, so hopefully I'll have some pictures to post by this weekend. Once again nice action. I will say one thing though is that the horizon is somewhat distracting, but when you shoot them close there's not much you can do with that I guess.
