didn't stay for long because of the cold, just nabbed a couple shots for the paper then i was out of there. I was disappointed i missed all the really good events, but made do with what I was given.

I love the way their bodies bend in the high jump. Just wish I had more light to work with so you could get a clearer view of her face.

Hey now...No complaining about shooting in the cold! My day started when the paper called at 10:30am to shoot a double header at 11. Then as I was heading out the door they called saying the game got postponed till 1pm due to wet field. Just before 1pm they called and said the game was moved to 5pm at another school. A double header in 42 degree temps with 25mph winds! I survived, 41/2 hours and by the end the temp was 32 still with 25mph winds.
Oh is that MOTION BLUR in your first shot? Nice job...on both of them.

Great use of panning on the first one. The blur is great for that picture. Also, nice high jump shot.
