Good at it is or in need of visual enhancements?

It's good but it's also a good example of what happens when one splits a picture in (roughly) half. That can cause tension/conflict because you don't know whether to look up or to look down Here, there's another interesting thing: the halves are complementary colors (blue sky, orange flowers).

The building looks stylish (must be Brazil..) but I'm confused on the purpose of the big white thing on the side of the glass building - what is it for? Or is it just decoration?
