Whoa! Looked like the same picture just with a color change at first, until I noticed the 7 and the yellow pages. What a great contrast. I love the yellow pages in there, it definately makes this shot.

    Beautiful shooting,

    Jared

simple yet very effective. It's almost a spot the difference kind of shot. I love the light on at number 7

    Hey OB,

That is a very neat image you got there -- looks like a diptych study. Hat's off to you for the great capture..

My only comment is that I'd like to see the outside edges of the two outer columns and somehow square up the slight lens distortion such that the left and right columns are parallel.

    Cheers,
    Tim

Jared and Shrapnel: Thank you so much for the kind comments.

Old School: Thank you also for you support. I am also very unhappy about the columns; I tried to deal with them using Transform but possibly made the situation worse. I would appreciate any suggestions from you or anybody else reading this on the best way to tackle this. I will happily post the original if that helps.

    Hey OB,

I did this with the Deform tool in Paintshop Pro. I'm sure Photoshop (or equivalent) has similar tools.

The problem with this result, though, is that the doors are squeezed. The trick (for me) is to step back and use a longer focal length. The problem (for me) is that I don't notice the lens distortion until I finally get the image off the camera.

FWIW, I think it's a great shot. This was just a minor nit-pick.
    Cheers,
    Tim
