Amazing...makes me wanna get out there with 3 cameras, a tripod, a wetsuit, and of course a board.

The bird in the foreground really adds to it well. Nice catch.

Interesting shot. It almost feels like to me there's not enough subject matter, as there's nothing really in the foreground, yet I still think this works with the effect that you got. Nice shot and looks like a beautiful day!

I think this is a phenominal shot! The figures in the background draw you in, while the soft colors of the sky relax you. Very very nice job!

This is gorgeous. The sky isn't a vivid blue, but that doesn't seem to bother me whatsoever.
Great solhouetting here, and its lucky that the surfers heads aren't level with the dock.
If i could change one thing it would be the bird. I would crop it out, as i think for me, it destracts from the subject, and almost brings me back to reality, instead of being lost in the 'california state of mind' that this photo puts forth on me. It is just my opinion, and i try to make my criticism as constructive as possible.
    Keep it up!

Thanks. I'll have to see about cropping the bird....

This shot was taken at tourmaline street looking south at krystal pierand point loma in san diego, ca and at around 9 in the morning. I was shooting surfing that day but this shot is my best catch from that day in my opinion.

great shot, i love the silhouette of the guy balancing the surfboard on his head without the use of his hands.

    Very nice shot
