I recently photographed my local high school teams basketball season. I picked my best photos and burned them on a DVD to give to the players at their season banquet. I have heard of others that do the same but sell the DVD's. Is there any legal concerns about this? The photo's include faces and numbers of players from opposing teams. Would it be different if the school sold the DVDs and put the proceeds back into the basketball or athletic programs?. Thanks
