Lots of people just want simple ways to share photos with family and friends, including photo enthusiasts who really have "better" things to do than create photo collages, for example. As with Face Detection, I would not describe myself as a kiosk user. On the other hand, self-service is gaining in popularity from the grocery store to airport check-in and beyond. So if I were looking for a quick way to make a nice collage for someone, well, here's the solution.

Rowan Lawson of Kodak gives us a great demo on how easy and flexible the new kiosk service can be for someone. Look for these at photo retailers but also places like airports and other unexpected locations.
