I just let Lightroom do it.
It's becoming my image processing swiss army knife.

I know there are a few ways to watermark in lightroom. What way are you doing it? I cant seem to find a way there does it right. When I do it through the slideshow it leaves a black border on either side of my vertical pictures. When I do it through the print mode and print to jpg it leaves a white margin around the photo that isn't the same on any of the sides. I've found the best way is with Mogrify but once you choose your watermark you cant adjust the opacity or easily edit the watermark size like you can through the slideshow or print mode. Just seems there is a flaw in each method I choose.
